Comprehensive insurance (KASKO), compulsory third-party liability insurance, the Slovak motorway vignette, 24/7 roadside assistance and 150 km per day. Delivery is not automatically included: it is free to Košice and Dunajská Streda, a flat €50 to Bratislava, and elsewhere it is calculated from the driving distance from the branch — you see the amount while booking, before you confirm. Fuel, traffic fines and tolls beyond the Slovak vignette are on you.
We do not block the deposit on your card. Once the booking is confirmed we send a payment request with its own payment reference and a QR code; it is paid by bank transfer. The amount depends on the vehicle class: €2,000 (Premium) or €3,500 (Luxury). For clients resident outside Slovakia it is €3,000 and €5,250 respectively. We send the deposit back once the car is returned and the rental is settled; if damage is still being quantified (workshop or insurer), it is held until then. No deposit is charged for a wedding rental with our driver.

Yes, but travel abroad must be agreed in advance — the car may not cross the border without our consent. We record the consent in the contract and add a border-crossing fee based on the country group: • Czechia, Austria, Poland, Hungary • Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania • Spain, Portugal, France, Benelux, Scandinavia, the Baltics Current rates for each group are in our fee schedule. If you decide to travel during the rental, contact us and we will add the permission as a contract amendment. Crossing the border without our consent is a breach of contract: a penalty from the fee schedule applies, plus the cost of recovering the vehicle.
Yes, we offer gift vouchers worth €100 / 250 / 500 or for a specific vehicle and day. Valid for 12 months.
A driving licence held for at least 2 years, a minimum age of 21 (25 for premium and sports vehicles — which is what our entire fleet is), and a valid ID card or passport. Identity is verified online before pick-up, so nothing needs to be sent anywhere. The deposit is not blocked on your card: you pay it by bank transfer against a payment request you receive once the booking is confirmed.
We are a car rental built on a personal approach: we prepare the car for what you actually need it for — a business trip, a wedding, a weekend in the mountains or a long-term corporate rental. Prices are per day and you know upfront what they include; the deposit and terms are listed with every car, not hidden in the contract.
