The deposit is blocked on your card at handover according to the vehicle category (from €800 to €5000). Once the vehicle is returned, the deposit is released within a few business days.

Yes, but travel abroad must be agreed in advance — the car may not cross the border without our consent. We record the consent in the contract and add a border-crossing fee based on the country group:

• Czechia, Austria, Poland, Hungary
• Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania
• Spain, Portugal, France, Benelux, Scandinavia, the Baltics

Current rates for each group are in our fee schedule. If you decide to travel during the rental, contact us and we will add the permission as a contract amendment.

Crossing the border without our consent is a breach of contract: a penalty from the fee schedule applies, plus the cost of recovering the vehicle.

Yes, we offer gift vouchers worth €100 / 250 / 500 or for a specific vehicle and day. Valid for 12 months.

A driving licence held for at least 2 years, minimum age 21 (25 for premium and sports vehicles), a valid ID card or passport. At pickup we require a deposit by card or bank transfer.

Yes, an additional driver must be stated at the time of reservation and their driving licence provided. The second driver is included in the price.

Full comprehensive insurance (KASKO) with an excess defined in the contract. An option to purchase extended cover with zero excess is also available.

No smoking inside the vehicle, no transport of animals without a carrier, no participation in sporting events. Details are set out in the contract.

In Bratislava, Košice, Žilina, Trenčín and Nitra. By arrangement anywhere else as well — delivery is free of charge within Slovakia.

We prepare the vehicle at the agreed time, sign the contract, go through the condition of the vehicle and hand over the keys. The whole process takes around 15 minutes.
