Companies come to us for two things: a representative car for client meetings and a replacement while their own vehicle is being serviced. We arrange both quickly, with paperwork your accountant will accept.
We invoice your company under its VAT number, and monthly on longer hires. You sign both the contract and the handover report electronically, so there's nothing to print or send by post.
We can name several drivers on the contract — each of them verifies their documents online and any one of them can collect the car. If anything changes during the hire, we add a driver by way of an amendment.
When your car is in for service, we deliver a replacement to your company address and pick it up again afterwards. You don't have to go anywhere.
