A wedding car for the whole day

From the morning outside the house to the drive to the reception. One car, one chauffeur and a price you know in advance: 4 hours are included and every further hour has a fixed rate. Nobody has to work out who drives at the end of the night.

A wedding day has its own rhythm: preparations in the morning, then the ceremony, photographs and the reception. The car plays a part nobody notices — as long as it works. The base price includes 4 hours with a chauffeur from 240 €; if the day runs longer, each further hour is charged per that car's rate, so you know in advance what to expect.

What a day with the car looks like

The driver arrives fifteen minutes before the agreed time and stays with the car throughout. He takes the bride to the ceremony, waits, moves you to the photo location and then to the reception. In between the car does not park far away — it stands where he can pick you up immediately.

You have the driver's number in your phone and he has one task for the day: to be where he should be, a few minutes early. None of your guests has to deal with keys, parking, or who is still fit to drive after the toasts.

The timetable worth sending

A few days before the wedding, send us a simple outline of the day — three points are enough: where and when the car should stand in the morning, where the ceremony is and where the reception is. No minute-by-minute schedule is needed; we need the places and rough times so the driver does not have to ask at the very moment there is no room for it.

If something changes at the last minute, call. A change of route can almost always be solved; what is worse is the driver finding out about it on arrival.

One car, or two

A seven-seat SUV looks like a car for the whole wedding, but with a chauffeur and a bride in a full dress there are three comfortable seats. Enough for the bride with her mother and a bridesmaid; not enough for the whole family.

So two scenarios come up: one car doing two consecutive runs (the groom and his family first, then the bride), or two cars running in parallel. The first is cheaper and works when the locations are close; the second is safer on a day where time cannot be stretched.

A model wedding day

A Saturday in September. The car is outside the bride's home at nine, leaves for the ceremony at half past ten, and the ceremony is at eleven. An hour of photographs by the river follows, and at two the transfer to a reception twenty kilometres out of town. The driver stays with the car all day and parks between stops so that he is with you within five minutes.

From nine to half past two is five and a half hours — an hour and a half more than the 4 hours included. Those are charged at the car's fixed hourly rate, so you know the full amount when booking, not from a settlement afterwards. A shorter day — say the ceremony and photographs without the reception — fits inside the 4 included hours.

If it rains, nothing changes except that the driver holds an umbrella at the door. Photographs usually move under a roof or into a passage; the car often looks better in those frames than in sunshine, because wet paint reflects light nicely.

What will not raise the price

Early or late hours in themselves. A wedding day starts early and ends late; that is its nature, and unlike an ordinary rental, weddings carry no surcharge for early or late times. Nor does it matter that it is a Saturday, or that photographs happen in three locations rather than one. Only the total number of hours counts.

Four things move the price: hours beyond the included 4 (a fixed rate per started hour), a public holiday once per day, delivery to a more distant address, and a second vehicle or a second day. No deposit is charged for weddings at all.

Frequently asked questions

How late can we keep the car?

As late as we agree. The base price includes 4 hours; if the car should stay into the evening, the extra hours are charged per that car's rate. Tell us your plan when booking and we will calculate it up front.

Can the car take guests to the reception?

Yes, within the agreed time and route. It is not a shuttle service for the whole wedding though — for that it is better to arrange more vehicles or a minibus.
