Your reservation, document verification, contract signing and deposit can all be handled online from your phone. When you arrive at the branch, all that remains is a quick vehicle inspection and handing over the keys.

With Slovline Collection, the reservation process takes place online, and most of the administration can be handled from your phone or computer. When you arrive at the branch, only the steps that make sense to do in person remain – checking the vehicle together, signing the handover protocol and receiving the keys.
Six steps, most of them from the comfort of your home
The first step is choosing your vehicle and rental dates. During the reservation process, you can see the availability of specific vehicles for your selected dates and the total price, including any additional services you choose. There is no need to wait for someone to confirm availability or ask for the final price by email.
The second step is submitting your reservation. You will receive a confirmation by email, and most reservations are confirmed automatically. If the booking is time-sensitive or falls outside our branch opening hours, we will contact you personally and agree on the next steps.
The third step is identity verification. After submitting your reservation, you will receive a link to complete the booking, where you can verify your identity document, driving licence and identity using your camera. The entire process can be completed on your phone. If you start the reservation on a computer, you can use the QR code and complete the verification on your mobile device.
The fourth step is the rental agreement. Once your details have been verified, we prepare the agreement and send it to you for electronic signature. You can sign it directly in your browser, either on your phone or computer, and a copy remains available in your customer account.
The fifth step is the security deposit. You will receive payment instructions together with a variable symbol and a QR code, allowing you to make the payment directly through your mobile banking application.
The sixth step takes place at the branch. We inspect the vehicle together, record its condition, mileage and fuel level, take photographs and hand over the keys. The actual handover usually takes around ten to fifteen minutes.
Why do we verify your documents in advance?
Identity verification is not simply another form to complete before renting a car. It helps us verify the validity of your documents and ensures that the information in the rental agreement matches your verified documents.
We use the verified details when preparing the rental agreement. Completing the verification before signing therefore helps avoid unnecessary corrections and keeps the process simple for both sides.
If you have already completed the verification during a previous rental and your documents are still valid, you may not need to repeat the process for your next reservation. If you have received a new identity document or driving licence in the meantime, simply let us know so we can update your details.
What should you prepare?
You will need a valid identity document and driving licence. Both documents must remain valid for the entire rental period, not only on the day you collect the vehicle.
If someone else will also be driving the vehicle, we recommend adding them to the reservation from the beginning. An additional driver must meet the applicable requirements and be included in the rental agreement.
This way, everything is ready before you arrive at the branch and you do not have to deal with additional administration when you are ready to collect the car.
How long does the whole process take?
The document verification takes only a few minutes and signing the rental agreement is a matter of moments. The part that can take longer is the payment of the security deposit, especially if you use a standard bank transfer.
With an instant payment, the deposit can be processed within minutes. With a standard bank transfer, the timing depends on the bank and the payment may only arrive on the following business day.
If you are renting a car at short notice, it is therefore worth starting the process as early as possible. Once the verification, agreement and deposit are taken care of, the collection itself is much quicker.
What happens when you collect the car?
At the branch, there is no need for another round of paperwork. We inspect the vehicle together, check its condition, record the mileage and fuel level and take photographs.
If the vehicle has features or controls that may not be immediately familiar, we will be happy to explain them during the handover. With premium SUVs, this can include driving modes, air suspension settings or the operation of the third row of seats.
You then sign the handover protocol, receive the keys and you are ready to go.
